Whole wheat flour, water, yeast, sugar, wheat gluten, oat fiber, contains 2% or less of each of the following: modified wheat starch, wheat bran, soybean oil, salt, cultured wheat starch, cultured wheat flour, vinegar, dough conditioners (contains one or more of the following: sodium stearoyl lactylate, calcium stearoyl lactylate, monoglycerides, mono-and diglycerides, distilled monoglycerides, calcium peroxide, calcium iodate, datem, ethoxylated mono-and diglycerides, enzymes, ascorbic acid), monocalcium phosphate, calcium sulfate, guar gum, citric acid, sodium citrate, natamycin (to retard spoilage).
